Mary will be goin to surgey in less than three weeks, she is in our prayers that all goes well this time. The last time she was scheduled, she was declined less than 10 dyas pre-op. There was an insurance problem that needed resolved. It has since been resolved thanks to Mary paying very close attention to what needed to be done and following thru daily to be sure it was handled.I am so proud of her, she has started on her vitamins and breathing exercises. She will be succesful in this surgery and make her goal weight. Good luck, lots of prayers

Two weeks from today, I have a full day of testing. Dr. Fabito ordered the pulmonary function test, blood work, Arterial blood gasses, chest x-ray, EKG - all of those that were required before. Now he also requires venous doplar and, I believe, it was an ultrasound of the gallbladder (anyway, something to test the gallbladder). Sounds like an all day process to me. THREE weeks from today I join those who have made it to THE LOSING SIDE!!! Yeah!! I am tired of the waiting...I still haven't had any real feelings of fear or panic. I am still just impatient!! Good luck and God Bless all of you in whatever step of this journey you are in!!

Boy, oh boy....talk about wishful thinking!! Sorry-that last post of mine should have read FOUR weeks from today! I wish that it were only one week!

Well, one week from today, I will crossover to the "losing side". Time is sure dragging by! So far, I haven't gotten any negative feelings-no fear, no nervousness-just impatience!
