Hi Shirley! WooHoo! Congratulations on your tremendous weight loss! 100 pounds is AWESOME! You are truly an inspiration to us pre-ops who aspire to be just like you and I thank you for keeping us posted on your progress. It’s so good for us to see how you “posties” are doing and keeps us hanging in there. I have a lot of family that lives in and around Austin, ie. I just wanted to thank everyone for the wonderful wishes on my re-birthday! This has been such an incredible year and I find myself continually amazed at the things I can do now!Getting rid of 142lbs of excess FAT can really make a difference! I still have another 100lbs to go but for the first time in my life, I KNOW I will reach that goal. Hallalujah!! This site has been such a blessing in my life. I love the way we all support one another..it is truly an awesome thing! Thanks again to each and every one of you. Love, Shirley
