OK, the taste is HORRIBLE. But i found the trick it so chase it with suger free tang or add it to something. The quality of this vitamin IF PHENOMINAL. In four days i notice how much more energy i have, i dont need a nap daily when i take this vitamin. I can not say enough wonderfull things about this vitamin. I have stopped taking this several times because of the taste BUT REGRET IT EVERY TIME. I really believe its the right vitamin and the ONLY one that works for me. :o)

I tried regular pills & chewable ones to get my calcium citrate and found them all to be difficult to swallow or horrible to chew. I'm very happy w/ the T. O. Liquid--so much easier to just take 1 T.--and it tastes pretty decent too!

This has the calcium in the form we best absorb and it is liquid so it is easy to take. It is nutritionally just what we need and it tastes very tart. But it is not too bad. I even add a bit to my pudding to add a bit of calcium throughout the day.

Excellent as a new post-op. Tastes like very tangy lemon yogurt. Contains the right amounts of Calcium Citrate, Magnesium and Vit D. Took 3 times daily to get appropriate amount of calcium.

This is the best tasting liquid calcium I have ever found. I take it mixed with my liquid vitamins, and it is easy to get my daily recommended calcium citrate. I really LOVE this company and trust that their vitamins are complete. Plus, they always throw in something free with my order if I ask, so I feel they value my business and want to keep me as a customer. I hope to continue buying from this company for a while into the future.

This is an excellent source of calcium and taste isn't bad at all (fruity). I recommend it highly.

Maybe others like this taste, but to me it tasted like some juice that had gone bad. I don't deny that the product seems to be great in delivering the vitamins and minerals, I am just not impressed by its delivery system. I do love their Calcium Magnesium though.

It has a nice orange-like citrus taste and seems to go down really well. My nutritionist said though that since the total dosage (1 tablespoon) gives you 1200 grams at once, it would be better to take it 3 times daily (1 teaspoon each time) since the body can only absorb about 500 grams each time. Vitamin D and Magnesium are included.

I mix 1 tablespoon of this stuff with 4 oz of orange juice. It tastes great and is a quick an easy way to get all of my calcium for the day.
