Hi Andrea: I just began taking women mega vitimens from gnc and calcium supplements. so far so good. I am only 4 days on them sofar.write me on my email at [email protected] and I will talk to you in a few weeks about how I am doing on them.I am 9 weeks out now and am very happy with my results. I have lost 70 lbs sofar and am looking a lot better and looking forward to better things in time.

It has been quite awhile since I updated. Well I am now 6 months post op and down 84# and feeling super. I no longer am winded, can bend over and touch palms on the floor, cross my legs, and best of all my health has so improved. I truly am blessed. I thank all of you for your support and wish you all as smooth a journey as I have had thus far.

Yippie you are HOME and closer to the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow... May God’s blessings chase you everywhere you go on your WLS journey. You may be in a fog now… but I think that fog is just the middle of your rainbow. When you get to the other side of the rainbow may you find your pot of gold… inside you will find your own gold: good health, more energy, a thinner body AND gratefulness toward God for all the gifts He has showered on you. I'm Home!!! I have been very blessed in that all has been smooth sailing thus far with only one bout of nausea/vomiting. I got home around 4 and took a nap which I needed. Had my first meal at home and so far all is going really well. Thank you everyone for your kind notes! I am so happy to be on the other side! Andrea Hamilton
