Sometimed we all need a little help - this is good stuff. Just make sure to dissolve it completely or you get tasteless little slime balls in your drink.

This is a tasteless protein powder that you can mix with food, soups and Lactaid post-op. It is wonderful! It dissolves quickly and there is no taste---in fact, you do not know it's in there. I highly recommend this wonderful product---very easy to digest!

I was given a sample of each flavor by my nutritionist to try. They were both nasty. They tasted oily and thick and overly sweetened. Why do diet companies think obese people need everything to taste super sweet? Yuk!!!

It seemed pricey until I used it. One TBS and I was moving again with no discomfort at all. It tastes like rice water (a little sweet and thick, but not gritty). I will be my first choice when needed.

I spoke with the nutritionist about this and also about vitamin k and they have recommended this product. I does not taste chalky like most chewable things are. Highly recommend.

Optifast was the worst tasting thing i had ever had.

The taste is pretty good if it's cold. I've only had the French vanilla, but the chocolate sounds good, too. Lots of protein for a little shake.
