One vial is 25 grams of protein. One serving can easily fit into a newbies pouch. Easily absorable a great source of protein.

It doesn't taste the greatest, but its only 2.9 oz and you can shoot it down really easily. Its better than drinking 8-16oz of crap you don't really like either. It also mixes well into fruit smoothies.

Fruit punch...Delicious! Comes in an unbreakable tube so you can take it anywhere! Only 2.9 ounces with 25 g of protein which is excellent for post op pouches! I recommend chilling it.

This is a little expensive, but for me it is so worth it! It is the protein that has tasted the best to me. It has a little of that aftertaste like IsoPure, but it's much, much better. In 2.9 ounces you get 25 grams of protein, no carbs and no fat. Two a day of these and I'm good to go. Love it!
