I would recomend St.Mary's and Dr. Zeni and all there staff to everybody that asked me.

The admitting nurse was cold and not at all friendly and she could not get an IV in me and told me she had no local to numb me while she stuck me unsuccessfully.








The admitting nurse was cold. The daytime nurses and help were just ok - the nightime nurse and PAC were wonderful and very responsive.

The hospital itself was a very clean and a very friendly environment with fantastic equipment. I did feel very safe and secure in the hospital, despite the delays in reaching the RNs or PCAs when I needed one.

I believe that they are geared to making you feel comfortable.

I had many many doubts about this surgery. In fact I was told I needed it a year and a half before I heard about St. Mary's Mercy Hospital. Once I investigated their program, the type of surgery they do and met the Surgeon (Dr. Zenni) I became convinced that they knew exactly what they were doing. So much so that they even had a mandatory 2 session class with handouts and a binder on what to expect what will happen and what to do afterwards. This binder contains everything you need to know about this surgery and what to expect even what to eat and what to do and for how long. It made the whole process a true life saving and very plesant event in my life. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS SURGERY TO CHECK THEM OUT. THEY EVEN HAVE A FOLLOW UP PROGRAM THAT MEETS ONCE A MONTH.

I had knee surgery, EGD and Bariatric surgery at St. Mary Mercy and each experience was pleasant with fantastic outcomes. The doctors, nursing staff and patient care assistants are courteous, caring and concerned. There is something special about the way I get treated at St. Mary Mercy. The staff on the fifth floor Bariatric recovery unit were extra sensitive and always asked if there were anything they could do for me, not just once or twice, but EVERY time they were in my room. They made me feel special.

I was pleasantly surprise at how nice the hospital was. I really liked the prayer in the morning and than again at the end of the day. It made me feel better

This is a small local hospital.It's very clean and the employees with out exception from the lobby to pre op,diagnostic testing,recovery rm.,to the east wing 5fl.where you go post op,were
