Loved the RNs and the NAs, my Dr rocks, My room was very nice. The Transport people were clueless and a bit rough, and the imaging people had their heads up their butts and caused me serious pain. Over all good stay with those 2 exceptions.

Staff was wonderfully accomodating, friendly, caring. Private room for Bari pts was a definite PLUS. Staff on 5 East was terrific. Pre-post-op care was terrific; OR and anesthetists were great. Radiology personnel were very kind. Only one complaint - a day shift nurse (not mine) parked her trolly right outside my room and talked all day - on the phone, to students, etc., about other patients, pt care, etc. - loud and unneeded. My nurse/PCA tried to keep the door closed. Not a biggie, just annoying. Otherwise, terriffic!
