Did not like getting moved from room to room so much. the staff is very friendly. they offer free tv and phone service, newspapers and snack cart. They have a meditation nurse on duty who will provide you with a cd player and soothing music.

I love this hospital! It's the best experience I've ever had with any healthcare setting! I work in a wonderful hospital myself, but boy...Syosset blows any hospital out of the water. They should be really proud of what a great job they do there! Top-notch experience!

I was very pleased with the pre testing very well organized and professional and made me feel very comfortable being it was the first time ever having to do this at all,the nurse who took care of me were very kind and concerned about my care. also very understanding and helpful being I was in pain a bit for the first day or so after surgury. I was pleased with the staff everyone, was so pleasant and caring people. Anyone who came into my room from the cleaners to the people who brought my food everyone had a great working attitude.

My night nurse, Wilmer, refused to help me out of bed to walk which is crucial to your recovery after bariatric surgery. I was very disappointed with my care post-op.

It was really just simple. Uncomplicated. It seemed that all parts knew their role and worked smoothly. I even forgot my cell phone charger and it was waiting for me with my name on it at the front desk before I even called about it. The staff was exceptional. I HIGHLY recommend this surgical center.

Every member of the staff that I came into contact with in this hospital was friendly. The nursing staff is excellent. I am so greatful to have been able to have been taken care of by the best!! They are the Best!!
