Dr. Ferzli was professional and to the point. My first impression was his commanding presence. I like the fact he talks to you and there is no levity. I wish there was more humor. Future patients should be prepared for a lengthy process. The program thoroughly emphasizes aftercare. Everyone was very accomodating towards me. The support groups were very friendly and informative.
