Dr. Ferzli is excellent, very aware and knowledgable. I liked his explanations and he was easy to speak to. This program definitely emphasizes after care. Support groups are very helpful. It brought a lot of positive and negative information but makes you well aware of what to expect before and after.

My surgeon is Dr. Ferzli. I had surgery recently but previously I filled the paperwork out and backed out because I was scared. But the second time I came to Dr. Ferzli he informed me and reassured me about the procedure. He was extremely helpful and gave me a sense of trust that I needed to continue and complete the process. The nutritionist, psychologist, also reassured me with the steps and changes I needed to do. And for the office staff, I believe they were the most helpful. I would call several times and they would call back to inform me of any missing paperwork and clearances needed. Must say some of the nicest staff to meet.

Dr. Ferzli is knowledgeable and caring. Future patients should know that this program takes commitment and emphasizes aftercare. Everyone in the office is helpful and professional.
