My weight loss journey
Hi, my name is Krista, but my friends call me kitten. I have been heavy most of my life. It was ok until I just couldn't fit into life. My back and legs were constantly hurting. I decided to do something some might think is very drastic, to me it was a life saver. I had the Laprascopic RNY surgery for weight loss. The surgery has changed my life so much. I am doing things today I never dreamed possible.
Hi everyone. I am now 1 year 2 months Post Op. I am enjoying a weight loss of 110 lbs. I take part of life. I am currently enrolled in Taekwondo this helps me tone, build lean muscle and loose my weight at the same time. I love it! I have currently won one gold medal and two bronze medals for poomse competition. I have just successfully tested for my blue belt.
