Michelle~Please don't stop posting. You have nothing to be ashamed of! You are not the first and certainly not going to be the last to have last minute cold feet. Keep your chin up. Sorry about the job situation. Best wishes to you that everything goes your way. ;)

Michelle, very early this morning I had a huge panic attack and ended writing a post on this website to get some help and advice. You have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. You were just having a reaction to the meds, and coupled with the anxiousness you were probably already feeling, you bolted. Anyone under the same circumstances would have done the same thing. I have been so nervous that I now plan to tell my husband that if I try to back out to knock my butt out and tell the hospital staff I decided to go to sleep without their assistance. Now that your doctor and the staff are aware of your great fear they can be sure to give you something to calm you even before you leave the house. Talk to your doctor and he will take care of it for you. I ahd ankle surgery several years ago and was very scared, doctor gave me something to take first thing in the morning and I floated around the house nice and calm. Good luck next time.
