Ok, I am back from seeing Dr. Warden. All my labs were fine. He said I just need to go on a low carb diet and get some exercise. I am glad that nothing was wrong, but I was hoping there was some good reason why I had gained weight and that it was not MY Fault. LOL!

I am worried cause I have been gaining some of my weight back. I am 6 1/2 years Post OP! Hope I can figure this out before it is too late. I know I need to exercise. I just dont. I dont have any energy at all. I have gained bout 40 pounds.
