"Dr. Rose and her staff have been VERY,VERY helpful. They have happily answered every question I have ever had and thrown in some helpful suggestions to make my healing process easier. Dr. Rose is not only awesome at what she does (An expert on lap procedures) but she is compassionate and honestly CARES about her patients. I have never for a moment regretted my decision to have the surgery with her. If you are in the area, I would suggest Dr. Rose in a flash!
I must say this, in the initial consultation I was told that my insurance company would be called two weeks after the letter for approval was sent to be sure that they got it and that didn\'t happen. I waited for six weeks assuming that the situation was being handled and it wasn\'t. I had my initial consultation on July 3 and did not have my surgery until 10/29 (That early because they had a cancelation). In order to make your wait as little as possible, no matter where you live or what Dr. you choose to have surgery with, keep up on your approval status. Call often and don\'t the the insurance people jerk you around. I wish I had originally taken more action myself..."
