Dear Valicia~~~~CONGRATULATIONS on your upcoming surgery!!!I had my Open Duodenal Switch done on 2-8-01 and I wish you the same uncomplicated surgery and recovery that I had. It wasn't a walk in the park but it certainly wasn't as bad as you can imagine. One of the really great things is that after a while you CAN walk in the park. So, I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for an uneventful procedure. May God hold you in the hollow of His hand and inspire your surgeon to do great things for you. Keep your resolve strong.
