"My first impression of Dr. Castro was that he is very calm and understanding in his approach. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Even though I have researched RNY for more than ten years he still provided viable information I did not know about the procedure and for that, I felt very confident in him. The office is very busy but the staff is always kind and try to help. I work in the Medical field so I know how hectic things can become, but I feel they handled everything in a timely manner. Dr. Castro has an excellen aftercare programwith in office support meetings which is very convenient for me. I rate Dr. Castro an 11 out of 10 because he was very kind and open from the beginning. "
