I couldn't sleep (back pain) so I decided to come over and post :) Surgery is Friday...WOW. I leave for GA Wed. morning. I talked to one of my angels, Carol Ford tonight and I am excited about 'getting a life' again. I'm looking forward to my DD's wedding in June, knowing I'll really be able to enjoy it. Thank you Lord! I'm also thankful to have such a supportive family and circle of friends. I guess I've rambled enough for one night so if I don't have time tomorrow to post before leaving...thanks for everything and you'll be hearing from Carol real soon with a good report :) Peace & Health to All

Ma & Pa Kettle DO Georgia...LOL...yep, that described me & mine in GA the past few days. I finished all my pre-op testing Thursday and we just returned home for a few days and will head back to GA on Wed. then my surgery is Friday. I see my angel is already on duty, thanks Carol :) Am I excited? You bet! Only 6 more days...don't know if I'll get back to post again before the big day so thanks so much for all your well wishes. I'm gonna print them and take them with me to read after surgery.

TJ! I'll be seeing you before you go in Friday. I'll be down in Ga. for my appointments on the 15th & 16th. I'll give you a call when I get to the LaQuinta in Marietta. I'll be praying for a very uneventful surgery and recovery. Hugs from the beach bum.

Hey TJ, I will be praying for you on Friday (and of course everyday). I am so excited for you. WOW Getting close to being 'switched'. I keep thinking of everything that I am going to be able to do this time next year that I can not do now. I know you are doing the same thing. Hey you want to learn how to snow ski? That is one of the things I am planning on doing next year. Join me in Marquette on the bunny slopes. If we fall down they sure won't be able to use our butts as a trail groomer. LOL I am counting the days (45) till I join you on the other side. We will be switch sisters for life then. Go in Gods Grace cause He holds you in His Hands.
