"The pre-op nurses were great, but when I got to my room the first couple of nurses I had were not that friendly. I did have a very nice nurse and tech the next morning before I was leaving. I didn't really have a good experience once I was in my room. Again, the pre-op people were great and made me feel secure. I didn't get any sleep while I was there. It was loud, they were in and out of my room all night and the heat kept me awake. "
