"My 1st impression of Dr Rout, he loves what he does, he wants to make sure the patient is aware of the work involved to make it work. Dr Rout came in a sat down- he asked me if I had any questions and then very patiently answered all of them. I did not feel rushed at all. I was further impressed by Dr Rout and his staff after my surgery- I did not have the bypass due to cirrois of the liver and he was very kind and personable to me and my husband while explaining what needed to be done next. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful. I followup with Dr Rout at 4 weeks post op. Not really sure about aftercare since I did not have the bypass.
I would rate Dr Rout at 9- rarely smiles but has a good heart."
