"I love Dr. Shin, he is caring, understanding, and truly wants what is best for his patients. My first impression during the seminar was that he is very professional, to the point, and won't sugar coat things for you. The office staff is on the ball, they work well as a team and get things done for you. Everything was explained to me in an understandable way, not so much Dr. jargon. I was visited very early the next morning by Dr. Shin just to check in and make sure I was comfortable and the day of my release, he was there early and went over all of my aftercare at that time. I can't sing his praises enough! You won't regret having him as your surgeon and will be in very capable hands in my opinion. 9-8-11 It has been more than 4 years since my surgery, I have had no complications at all, I am a few pounds below my goal, and would still recommend Dr. Shin as a surgeon, he is wonderful in every way."
