"It is now July 8, 2003 and I am changing to a new surg. at OSUMC. As I have written before, I have typed up all my information (ie. health and diet history, Dr.s names, etc.). I just mailed all of that, with my aplication to the RN that helps you get into his program. I hope this will help things go faster. We will see. Good luck to me and all of us! I found out yesterday that, even thou my insurance does not require a diet history, this program does require a 3 month supervised diet with a 5% of weight loss. I see my PCP in 3 days and will be asking for this diet.<br>Katrina
