I went to the dr. yesterday everything is look good no problems. He told me to start eating the pureed food and I laughed I was so excited, sorry broth can only taste so many ways.
I have been walking 30 minutes everyday with my husband and we are both feeling better (he is working on losing the weight without surgery since he doesn't need to lose as much.)
I can't wait until the day I have to buy a smaller size I know it is coming soon and I am truly motivated to get the weight off and get off the majority of my meds. I also look forward to being able to walk/run in a marathon.

I am so excited tomorrow is the day of my surgery. It has been quiet the trip to get to this point. I started 2 years ago doing the process to have my surgery and had to stop due to my husband having strokes.
He then had to have brain surgery so it was a while before I could get back to doing what I needed to in order to get approved from my insurance. But it has happened and I am here ready to go and make a change in my life.
