Down 36 pounds. I am feeling really good, no pain. It feels like I have lost more inches than weight. I have been walking twice a day, it feels really good to be able to walk around the block without being overly tired. I feel very blessed to have had this surgery :-)

First day back at work! I started at 7:30 this morning and its now 2:36 and I am pretty tired. I guess it takes time to heal and adjust. I am 32 pounds lighter, it feels great. Untill next time :-)

I can't believe it has been 11 days sence my surgery. Boy does the time go by fast. I am feeling very good, but still a little tired. I had my staples removed yesterday and Dr. Koura says I am doing great. I have lost 26 pounds already, boy it is just amazing :-). I am sipping water all day and walking 2 times a day. I feel very good.

I have 4 days left, getting a little nervous but still very excited. I am not looking forward to the clear liquids Sunday, but I know I can do it. I have made it this far :-)

I have this week left and on Monday my life will change. I am so very very happy to have been given a second chance at life. I am truely greatful :-)

I went yesterday at 3:00 for my one on one appointment with my suregon. I have lost 15 lbs and will be getting the Lap RNY. I am so excited :-) I need to be at the hospital at 6:00am on the 23rd. Yea I am almost there. 10 days to go!!!!

13 more days to go :-) I went to the Dentist this morning and had a tooth pulled in the very front on the bottom, boy does it hurt right now. I have less than a hour to go here at work, then I will go home and eat some soup and go to bed. I hope I have less pain in the morning. Counting down the 13 days til surgery :-) :-) :-) :-)

Well received a call from my surgeons (Dr. Koura) office, they changed my surgery date to April 23rd instead of April 18th. I was kinda bummed at first, but not anymore. I have to be there at 6:00am :-)

I have lost 8.2 pounds so far :-) I would like to lose a total of 15 or more by the 18th when I have my surgery.

My Bariatric Coordinator Terri just called to ask me if April 18th would be better for my surgery than April 25th, I said yes. I am so excited. I can't wait. :-) :-)
