I can't believe its been 4 years this month 
142lbs lighter WOW. I have to say, I am very proud of my self and everyone that has been thru this journey. Good luck to all the newbies who are just starting their journey and to remember to work your tool and educate yourself, this is not a quick fix.

I can't beleive how long its been since I have been on OH, I need to pop in every now and then. All the friends I made on here, I want you to know you all look amazing 
I am so proud of us all. We have all came a long way. Here's to continued success. Live life to the fullest!!!! Until next time, keep up the great work and stay on track

Well,I don't know where to start. I am down to 168 pounds. I feel great. The energy level is still going strong. I would recommend this surgery to anyone. It changed my life

Wow it's been a little while since I have posted. I am doing great. I have lost 114.6 pounds and I am 14.2 from goal. I feel AMAZING. I need to step it up in the exercise department and focus so I can get to my goal and loose this 14.2 pounds.

I weighed in today at 182.2, I have lost 106 pounds so far and I am feeling sssooo good. I am down from a 100mg of blood pressure meds to 25mg and my Dr. says next time I come in the office, that he will probably take me completly off them I can't wait.Untl next time, ENJOY LIFE

I did it I got on the scale this morning and I have lost 101 pounds. I am so HAPPY 
. I feel great. Iam waiting on PC to call me about my appointment to get my veins on my legs checked. We'll see how that goes.

Well I am down 97 pounds, I hope I hit the 100 pound mark (goal) by my 8th month December 23rd. I am so excited and really feeling like a new person and a healthy person. I am in a size 14 Yahoo . Untl next time......

I am feeling GREAT. I can fit into a size 16 and a couple of 14's. I can't believe what this surgery has done for me Next goal 175 and then 160. I can't wait. until next time.

Got on the scale this morning and weighed in at 199.8. I am so so HAPPY right now. Another goal acomplished. I didn't think I would ever see my weight below 200 ever again.

Well I got on the scale this morning and I weigh in at 204. 5 pounds and I will be under 200. I am so excited. I haven't been under 200 since birth lol. I feel great. I did get a call from my primary Dr. and my thyroid is not working. so I will need to get labs done again the first week of November. I guess everything else is fine. Until next time :-)
