 So hi y'all I'm going on my 5dpt tomarow I'm 172 that's a big number for me I want it to be 150 so I hope that the next. 5days will help 

 Ok so I know that it's been a long time I was looking at my old posts and they were in 2009 it's 2012 now and this are going good I'm three years out now I'm 167 and if there is one pice of advice that I could give anyone is keep away from slider FOODs (crap) they are so addicting u can eat them all the time but they are evil I'm going on the (5 day pouch test ) ahhhhh no but yes I can do it and I want to start working out lol ya one step at a time but I'm going to start slowly I'm going on the 5dpt on Monday so I'm going to take it slow cuz all I eat are slider foods and they say u will go through withdraws form these foods so to day no toast no frys we will see how it goes 

 ok so insurance is so slow i cant believe it i wish that i could gust get it over with it because this is all I'm thinking about they said that i will hear from them by the 16 i have been waiting for ever now but on a happier note i keep on thinking about how i am going to be able to wear a sweater with feeling that i
 am being choked

so today i go and pick up my son from school and he shows me a drawing that he had made for me he said then he said that the little one is my brother and the other one is you because that one was the fat one just like you mommy he was so proud of his pic and i couldn't be made at him for it right !!!! so i just smiled and said that was nice son

ok so everything is at my surgeon's office and they said that the aren't able to put it in till wednesday omg the suspense is killing me i gust want to get it over with so i am having a big problem with coffee gato have it :) i stop smoking i could do that no problem but this is another story

so i am finally done with all the requirements for surgery so now i have to wait for a date. very excited,scared really scared about going under i have been under before but that was a long time ago but i stop smoking 7/2/09 and i have to go on a two week liquid diet before the big day.
