everyone well ill guess i will start when i was in high school when i was at 140 i didn't have a double chin or the fat back i finished school got married and had two kid within two years and when i look back i really don't know how i got this big until my mother inlaw gave my husband a b-day present a huge 10 by 12 frame with a family pic that she cropped out of several pic because i don't tack pic so she must have gatun one in somehow and that pic is of me is
cant believe it but that is when it finally kicked in now i have obstructive sleep apnea and that is a 18 that is really high,diabetic back pain knee pain my legs fall a sleep and i have no energy to play with my kids you know i always tried to put on a smile and say that i am happy with the way i am no more i am not happy with the way i am.i can do it any more i really need this surgery to make my life happy again.so other than that issue i love life my kids.
