well i am one month post op and i have lost 9.4 pounds very happy.. i am down 31,4 since my first visit with the doc on sept 17, 2010 this is not easy but i am doing it i get my first fill on wednesday the 29th yeeehaaaa !!!!!

well time is getting close went to doc on friday received my optifast diet it begins on thursday 11/11 i am so excited but scared!!!! I am so afraid to fail. I want to be thinner so bad, my biggest problem right now is activity my back is killin me regular doc says i have severe arthritis and scar tissue at my surgey site in lower back and it is inflamed pushin on my nerve some days i can hardly feel my feet. i was walking three times a week but by the time i get home from work i am in so much pain all i want to do is rest with heating pad on my back. OMG why NOWWWWWW i was doing so good moving eating better and loosin some pre surgery weight UUUGGGGG very depressed. pain pain please go away rosie needs to be able to move
