Hello Roberta, Now that you are a post-op remember to drink your water and walk, walk, walk, and remember it will be slow at first but you will look in the mirrow and remember a face you once knew is coming back to you. Good luck in all you weight loss endeavors.

roberta..first of all, my deepest sympathies on the loss of your friend..i hope the skeptics who read your profile realize that this surgery is not 'the easy way out'..hopefully, you were able to put your own fears aside and focus on all of the reasons you decided to have the surgery in the first place and felt at peace with your decision..wishing you a speedy recovery and please keep us posted:)
