HI Rebecca! I'm writing a little note to tell you thta good thoughts are winging their way to you! I know the first few weeks are tough, but you'll find it gets easier- there is nothing you can NEVER have again- you may beed to have small portions, or only once in a great while, but you wil be enjoying your life so much soon, that you won't even think of food.
