"My first impression was that Dr. Byrne was serious about what he is doing to help people lose weight. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. He is very strict about his patients sticking to the program. Followup is very important to them. He addressed every risk, and he told us his overall success rate. He was very honest and informative. I don't know about his bedside manner yet. My surgery is in October 2006."
