I am a 54 y.o. Christian, wife, mother, grandmother and Registered Nurse. This OH web site has been very informative and extremely supportive. I look forward to the healthier life I will have after my RNY surgery. I also look forward to continuing to learn about SWL. I am grateful for any informative help I can get as I begin my journey to a healthy living.
