Hello! I am an Auburn University ALUM. I finally graduated on May 10, 2008. My degree is in Early Childhood Education. I have a wonderful family and friends I could ever ask for. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I can honestly say that I have never known what it was like to be a normal size for my age. 2 years ago my mother had WLS and is doing wonderful. I am thinking about having surgery sometime next summer. I am a little scared, but I am beginning to think that it is going to be the best thing for me to do. I have a lot of health problems (asthma, sleep apnea, migraines, and PCOS) and have heard that WLS could help me to overcome some of them. I am praying that I will make the right decision and hope that you will do the same. I am hoping to have surgery in the next few weeks.
