Consultation is coming up!!!

Good news. I made my consultation appointment last Friday. It is scheduled for 10/22/07. I'm ver nervous. I have to drive from Nashville to Huntsville.
I have BCBS of TN health insurance. The coordinator ask that I bring my weight records for the last three years to my appointment. So I went ahead and made an appointment with GYN. She is the only Dr that I've seen in the last three years. Hopefully that will be okay.
My appointment with my GYN is on 10/03. I'm a little nervous to break the news to her that I want to have WLS. I'm not sure what her view is on it. I know my PCP was against it and any other kind of WL treatment with the exception of a strict diet. That works for some but not for those who have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.
I 'll admit, I love cheesburgers and all the other greasy foods that come with it but I am ready to give them up.
I want so bad to be able to play and run around with my children with out getting tired. I'm also so tired of the leg and back pain that comes with the weight.
I'll keep you all updated.. Hopefully I will have good news soon!!
