I've been over weight since I was 19. The pounds slowly started packing on after I had my first child. 
In high school I was normal weight. I'm 5'3" and then, weighed about 120 ish. I had my frist child at 17. My weight quickly went up to 155. I thought I was a cow. I would do anything to only weigh 155 today at 31 years old. 
After I had my frist child, my weight went down to 140 ish. From there, I gained roughly 10 pounds a year. The weight gain stopped in the 180's. I was then diagnosised with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS.) My weight slowly started increasing again when I was 26. I'm at my highest weight today and honestly I haven't weighed since last year after I had my second child. At my 3 month follow up, I weighed 238. I could not believe it. I weighed more then I ever had even while I was pregnant. I know that my clothes are tighter so I figure I'm some where between 240 and 250. My back hurts. My legs ache. My face is swollen in pictures. Pants are tight. Shoes are tight.. Not to mention my breasts are enormous. I tend to lean forward while sitting in a chair and that does not help my back at all. I'm fed up with my way of life. I have a great job and a great family who supports me.
Of course I'm self concious about my weight but I cannot let myself get depressed about this. I know that I can have a better life and I will.
