William Neal
"Dr. Neal is avery friendly guy. I always hate meeting Dr.'s because of my obeisity, but I felt very comfortable with him. He has a busy office, with a lot going on there for the patients. I love how he veiws this surgery. He loves performing a surgery that corrects or prevents so many ailments. I agree. For aftercare, he has you see his nurse. I'm sure if there were a problem, then he would meet with you. I had a concern the night after surgery and he called me back immediatly. He went over all the risks of surgery, and how to use the band as a tool. He also talked about the things that could cause failure. I think DR. Neals surgical competence and his bedside manner are both top rate. I'm a very happy patient."

"My surgeon was excellent, the anesthesiologist was excellent, but my aftercare nurse was not patient with me at all. I was very sick after surgery and she acted very annoyed with me. I was very cold and my husband actually had to loudly demand a blanket before she would get one. They discharged me while I was sleeping. I actually woke myself up snoring on my wheelchair ride to my car, and had to be woke up to get into the car."
