I called my surgeon's office this morning to be told that Ashley is no longer there and someone new is the insurance person. She has to review the file and see what is needed and check to see if Dr. Anez has done the one on one review with BCBS. In the mean time I am still trying to get my PCP to write a letter to send to the insurance company regarding my care and treatment by her. Now it seems things are in the slow mode and I won't be getting a revision this year. So the weight is very slowly moving downward and everything else is on hold. I just hope the hernia's don't act up and I would need emergency surgery because I would really like to be cut once for two surgeries( hernia repairs and revision). So I guess I just need patience, which is very hard for me.
I made an appointment today with Dr. Elariny to talkk to himn regarding the DS. I have been researching and this just feels like the right revision surgery for the best weight loose and to keep it off. Anyways wish me luck my appointment is Dec. 2. I understand he has a program fee and a large out of pocklet fee, I guess I'll just have to wait until my appointment.
