OK, I am still here nervously, but excitingly awaiting the day! I am still in confusion mode, but grateful that I can express my self freely on here and get answer to the thousand of questions I have regarding my procedure.
One that I have not had answered yet:
How long are you in the hospital after having Laparoscopic RNY????
Until tomorrow....I am sure I will have another question or two!

13 Days until my procedure

I am nervous, scared, happy, overjoyed, completely overfilled with emotion, but ready. I do not know what I am suppose to feel or do this close to my procedure date. I am on the low carb, high protein diet, but today is just the first day. My surgeons office changed my date yesterday. Thank goodness for a flexible role at my job!!!
So really, what am I supposed to be doing. I have a list for the hospital but am not sure if this is everything I need. How long is the stay for RNY?? UUGGGGHHHH; So many questions!!
List so far:
Toothbrush/toothpaste/mouthwash; Baby wipes; deodorant ;Sanitary napkins; Loose fitting DRESS/loose top and stretch pants, Comfy flat shoes; Socks with nonskid bottom and/or slippers; Comb/brush/scarf ;Lip-gloss Cellphone/charger ;A little cash or FSA card to get pain meds
