Hi Tonya! Congratulations on your surgery date! This scripture has meant so much to me on my WLS journey. Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD , "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Hi Tonya! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow! Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another....observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under go as it goes. This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. - Zen Wisdom! May God keep you close to his side as you travel this new journey. You will have ups and downs. You will have fears and joys. Remember that we, your AMOS family, is always here for you. You will discover that this will be the singlemost BEST thing you could ever do for yourself and your family.
