OPTIFAST and me

Well started Dec 26th and its Dec 28th 8:00 pm.  3 days in 9 days to go.  Believe it or not but my husband says he can see that I have lost some weight already.  I got on the scale and I think I am down 6 lbs so far.  I have tried it with crushed ice and 1 tbsp of instant coffee.  Its actually pretty good this way.  Gave my family a nice spaghetti dinner while I sat with my drink.  Family has been wonderful saying I can do it which is making me feel like I can.  I think I am over my freak out of feeling like I will die during the surgery.  Also sure I will go through it again.

Thanks to everyone who is helping through this journey on this site.  I don't talk to my family about my fear as I don't want my fear to become theirs.

Asked my daughter to take some pictures of me so I can do before and after.  I will post them as soon as she takes them.  Plan is over the next week or so...
