"Quiet at first. A very nice guy--extremely knowledgeable & HUGE proponent of postop pain control. Uses the \"On Cue\" implantable pain pump until your date of discharge. Easy to talk to. Readily answers questions. Addresses your concerns. Thoroughly explained things. Very proactive to prevent postop complications. Has a structured aftercare program. His staff is excellent--very knowledgeable & eager to help. They respond promptly. They hold regular support meetings. I couldn't have had a better WLS team!"
