7-22-2002 Well its been two months and man I feel great. I'm down 60 pounds (297)....thats five years of weight in 2 months....WOW! Physically I feel great, I can walk without getting tired, sorta jog and i have lots of energy. Remember, its summer, drink lots of water and stay hydrated. i'll post in another month.

Congrats on a terrific weight loss. If I were in PA, hun, I'd dance WITH YOU in a heartbeat. Good luck on your continued loss and full recovery. Hope to be a loser like you next month!!!

Dear Jason ~ I just wanted to say congratulations on your fantastic start with the WLS. I jumped over to your profile and wanted to say something to you. I think you look really well - the before picture isn't as horrible as you seem to think it is. I think your incredibly handsome and big men are sexy. I know you'll feel better after losing the excess weight due to medical reasons - I'm in the same boat but wanted you to know your before picture is nice too...guess it will only get better from here for ya, huh? Good for you ! Not to worry - I'm not a stalker or anything and I'm happily married, just wanted to make a comment to you. :)

well hello all it's 11 days post op. i just weighed myself at my doctors today and i lost an amazing 25lbs. It must be water weight though. oh well more updates in a week
