"My first impression was uncertainty, but after I actually spoke with him I liked him very much. Susan is very nice, but a bit too unprofessional. For instance she was helping me then just got up and showed another patient to his room. Susan is very nice and it is nice for someone to recognize your face and know your name, instead of being one of thousands. She is really very sweet. There is really nothing I didn't like about Dr. Gaar. I think he will be an excellent choice for my surgery. His aftercare program is him. My follow up appts are my aftercare. He fully addressed the risks of this surgery and made sure I knew what was involved. I would give him an excellent rating at this point. He is very well qualified. I feel like I will be in excellent hands with him. I just love Dr. Gaar! I think he is so talented and he is a nice person to boot! I am so glad I chose him for my surgeon. "
