"I have not met the surgeon yet but have had contact with his secretary/nurse, Susan, and she has been absolutely fantastic. Most of my e-mails's and questions have been answered within an hour, and it has never taken her more than 24 hours to reply. I was nervous at first about looking into a Dr. outside of the US but she has made the process so easy and has really set my mind at ease! They have sent me a lot of information by e-mail and also a book about my procedure describing in detail what I need to do pre-op, what will happen during surgery, and also what needs to happen post-op to be successful. The packet also describes risks associated with surgery and other helpful information. So far I am very satisfied with the center I have chosen!"
