"I like Dr. Rohrer when I first met him. The office staff seems very friendly and willing to help. I did not find anything that really bothered me about the Doctor. I feel that any future patients should know that he is the type of doctor that cuts to the chase no sugar coating. The type of doctor I like. He strikes me as the type of person that is as willing to follow you after surgery as he is to perform the surgery.I am not sure if he has a structured aftercare program but the bariatric center he sent me to for my nutrition class has one. All of the risks of the surgery were discusses with me and my husband and he made sure we did not have any questions and that we understood the risks. So far after one visit I would recommend him to other prospective patients. I feel that compentence and bedside manner are very important. When I was denied with my first they were very helpful in my appeal. I gained more weight and started over and when I got the referral they set it up so I could come in and be weighed and not have to bother the Dr. again for the same thing he saw me for the first time. I now have been approved and they are great."
