"Dr. Dillawn is not the kind of doctor you can \"joke\" around with. He doesn't smile very much. He does get to the point and tells you like it is. He is very informative and answers your questions direct and without alot of medical jargon so he is easy to understand. The office staff is nice and easy to talk to. Being I am from Houston going to Austin to get my surgery, they have really gone to great lengths to accomodate my time."
