"I will admit my first impression was not totally positive. What I mean is I could tell he was a very competant doctor, but yet was a bit brusk. I thought that may be either his way of weeding out the people who were not serious about the surgery or maybe he didn't like the fact that I had no questions. I stuck with him, because competence is more important to me. My second meeting was better. He was much more friendly. I did finally have questions and he answered them completely and was very reassuring. I look forward to interacting with him again and completely trust that my surgery is in capable hands. "
