"I first met Dr. Smith at the informational seminar back in April. He seemed very pleasant and knew his stuff. I did not meet with him again until my pre-op the week before surgery. He is a very soft spoken man who gets right down to business. He is very easy to talk to and ask questions to. After speaking with him personally I had no question that this was the doctor for me adn that I had made the right choice. His PA Eric is a riot. He has a much more outgoing personality which is nice because I had a lot of interaction with him as well. In the hospital before my surgery started Dr. Smith made sure to come and talk to me about my surgery and what the next few minutes would be like. He was very upfront with my family and made sure to keep them informed. His staff is the best. They are all extremely nice and helpful. I have never had a problem with anyone from his office and I can be a little high maintenance at times. lol I would recommend them to anyone considering this surgery. He has an awesome reputation. As I was going through my pre-op testing and the other doctors found out who my surgeon was they all said that I had the best. That gave me great comfort. Having been through the process I feel like I made the right choice in Dr. Smith. I can say he truly cares for his patients and their well being. I can not think of one negative thing to say about him or his staff."
