Ladies and Gentlemen....I have a date!!!

Not only with my husband tonite for indian food and a movie.....but also A DATE FOR SURGERY!!!!!
I am so exited/ relieved/ anxious/ thrilled/ nervous!!!
My date is (drum roll please...) Monday August 26th! I go in for my history and physical with my PCP the week before and also that day have my nurse visit. I suppose this is a visit where they tell you what is going to happen. In some ways I feel totally unprepared for this. But I have been doing research and trying to get it since last December!!!
So anyway, I'm so glad I have this place and all the people here to support me.

I swear, I am SO impatient!!!
I called Dr. A's office today to ask his insurance coordinator if I should be calling my insurance co. to check up on things. They told me to be patient....it usually takes about 4 - 6 weeks. Yuk. I just feel that now I've made the decision that I want to get ON with it already!!!
I know...I've got a long road ahead of me. BE PATIENT!!!
