"I had a terrible experience in the recovery room. My nurse was completely incompetent. I had no pillow for 6 hours. They wouldn't let my mom come and help me stand up for the first time because it was 5 minutes before visiting hours started. I didn't get out of recovery for 6 hours because a bed wasn't ready for me yet.
However, once I was in my room things went pretty smoothly. Sometimes some of the nurses were a little unresponsive to the call button which I found irritating. Take this all with a grain of salt because I was on a lot of morphine."
